Overgrown hedge at the Marches, Caldecott, forcing walkers onto the road

The hedge at the southern end of the Marches, Caldecott, has not been maintained by the landowner for some years, leading the vegetation to extend over the highway verge to the carriageway (first image). The verge is used by walkers (esp. dog walkers on a circular route from Chelveston to Caldecott) between the footway that terminates at the Marches and the access to PRoW MM15 (second image). This means they have to walk on the carriageway on a bend.
