Grass cutting missed off schedule

I have just returned from a 6 week holiday and was astounded that again the grass has not been cut Meissen Avenue previously reported last year and was told it is a 3-4 week cutting cycle throughout the growing season!!

The grass verge was cut a week before I went on holiday?

Could you please investigate the surrounding area seems to be on a schedule and our area gets missed.
