Vegetation which has become significantly overgrown and is encroaching onto the public footway. Branches are projecting into the pedestrian route, reducing the usable width of the pavement and creating an obstruction for pedestrians, particularly wheelchair users, people using mobility aids, pushchairs and those with visual impairments.
