Over grown tree blocking visibility at the junction of Simpson Avenue and North Street

Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 9770592.

The tree is so overgrown on the trunk right to the ground that when trying to turn right out of Simpson Avenue you can not see oncoming traffic. Since the trees were cut back they have reproduced shoots from the ground to the top and are more like bushes than trees .
