The councillors responsible for the maintenance and trimming of this tree. It has been neglected and it is causing damage to the fence, you have sent up a drone and informed as that there's no damage, however, you have not inspected the fence I suggest that you very quickly come and resolve this because it is causing distress to an elderly lady. And, No we will not be cutting it back on our side of the property. It is YOUR responsibility to cut it and this is what we pay exorbitant council tax for.
