Investigating
Keats Road Junction (Highway Obstruction & Illegal Driveway
Reported via mobile in the Obstruction (Not Vegetation) category anonymously at 16:10, Friday 10 July 2026
Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 9766937.
The resident at the corner of Keats Road is illegally driving vehicles over a full-height pedestrian pavement to use their front garden as a driveway, despite having no approved dropped kerb. To stop the public from parking on the street, they have placed large traffic cones directly on the public highway and footway. This is creating a dangerous obstruction and a blind-spot hazard right on a busy residential junction.
