Investigating
Unsafe pavement between Rothwell and Desborough
Reported via desktop in the Pothole / Failed Reinstatement category anonymously at 16:44, Thursday 9 July 2026
Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 9761392.
The pavement is very narrow and only runs along one side of the road, which means pedestrians have limited space to walk safely. It is the only walkable route from Rorhwell to Desborough. There are potholes and broken sections of the pavement, making it difficult for people to walk and creating a sifnificant trip hazard. The demaged surface and uneven pavement increase the risk of childrens' falls and injuries who like riding there scooters down the hill there.
