The road has sunken where previous pipework has been replaced/dug up

Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 9759928.

The road has dipped and it incredibly load whenever lorries/trailers go over it. Also worried about any damage that may be done to the pipework under the road.
