Unfilled pot holes

I have received an update stating all pot holes on Torrington Road, Wellingborough have been filled. The attached photographs show this is inaccurate information. Please advise when these will be fixed.

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. I can confirm that we have investigated the issues you reported. The remaining defects were not identified as part of the original works order and therefore were not included in the initial repairs. A new works order has now been raised to address these defects. Please be assured that we will provide you with an update once the work has been completed.

  • You say the recently posted pot holes were not part of the original works identified however, the 2 close together have faded yellow paint around them. Therefore previously identified. They were there when the works were carried out and clearly ignored! The whole section of the road needs resurfacing!!

These works are due to be completed by12/10/26 Please be assured that you will receive an update once repairs are concluded.
