Failure to act

Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 9742381.

This pothole was reported at least 8 months ago yet it continues to get worse, Why hasn't it been inspected as has been promised several times? It should be noted by any motorist who claims for vehicle damage that these reports mean the council cannot hide behind Section 58 of the Highways Act.

Time to act! Get it inspected and repaired before there is a dangerous accident.
