Trees in the street need cutting back

I have lived in this street for 43 years and the trees have never been as bad as they are now, they used to be cut back regularly. They are now touching cars in the street , blocking daylight and sap and pollen are all over parked cars which then causes a problem with wasps. Other trees in Desborough are cut back but these are ignored, please sort this out.
