Pavement in bad uneven condition

This pavement is in very uneven poorly maintained condition. I know this and was being extra careful walking and looking where I am going. But at 10:28 went over on my ankle causing a severe sprain. A driver saw me fall and stopped and took me to the medical practise. The pavement needs repairs along this part before someone else has similar accident.
