Incorrect road markings

I’m shocked that you e looked at this roundabouts road markings, suggested there’s a defect then decided against repainting the lines. Coming from Lloyds Rd (near B&M) going right towards Oakley Rd (West End/Tesco) it’s not clear which lane to take. You’ve got a right hand arrow that shows you to go into that lane, yet it doesn’t actually lead you to the exit on Oakley Rd. according to the road markings there, I should be in the middle lane from Lloyds Rd which is only a straight arrow pointing to the 2nd exit towards Geddington Rd. Drivers are still picking both lanes and it’s dangerous. Somehow I’m almost certain this is breaking the Highway Code. There aren’t clear exit lines!

  • Still a nightmare. After being in touch with several councillors I’m told they e taken this back to the drawing book and a change will be made. Fingers crossed it won’t be long.
