Private vegetation obstructs footway

Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 9608751.

A private tree and bushes are obstructing the footway between house numbers 9 and 11 on North End, Higham Ferrers. I reported this last year but no cutting back was done and I had to do it myself. I'm not tall but even I have to duck right down to pass underneath the branches.
