Overgrown hedge blocking path

The hedge is overgrown and branches sticking out that catch on clothing and scratches pedestrian. There is no passing space and when wet even worse as it hangs down for anyone using prams or scooters.The skid risk sign needs collection as it to blocks the path. It's the only safe path to use and unless it is properly cut back pushes pedestrians into using the road which is highly dangerous.
