I understand that you already have works very close by between number 16 and 20 scheduled on this road to be repaired shortly under job ref 9148930. I'm not sure if this work outside number 12 can be done at the same time to be more efficient for yourselves?
Whether it can or cannot be done at the same time in any event please note that the top front window cills and windows are scheduled to be replaced at number 12 on both 16th July and 20th July which will require a mini scaffold tower for both days to be errected for the day and for the works to be carried out. Therefore any works to the pavement outside number 12 on these days will prevent this and , so if those dates could be avoided please I would be grateful as the contractor has a two month wait to book works in.
