Pothole immediately on the "bump" of speedbump

Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 9583197.

The speed bump on the junction of kingsway and Jubilee Crescent has a pothole at the bottom of the "bump". This makes the bump significantly worse and is a very harsh hit on suspension. Going to cause damage and will get larger as its getting hit as cars drive down the bump
