Not sure if I have placed the pin exactly, but the footpath on this side of the roundabout to cross the Liberty Way Dual Carriageway is severely obstructed but a hanging tree and overgrown hedges. The obstruction leads all the way across the road too, including the small crossing in the middle of the lanes.
