Overgrown Vegetation restricting the width of the footway

A section of this was done in February, however the issue persists down the full length of the footway. The vegetation is overgrown which restricts the footway.

Soil from the verge collapses into the footway also, making it difficult to transverse.

Please can this be investigated.
