Very overgrown trees

Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 9509300.

The trees are now heavily overgrown, branches are scraping the cars and visibility for cars around Windmill Banks and Simpson avenue is severely restricted, this could cause an RTC. Thank you.
