Light and visibility and heat pollution

Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 9505145.

50’ conifers planted on council land, complexly blocking morning sunlight, and causing shadow in the afternoon. These need to be cut to a height of 6-8 feet as a boundary to the property. I’m also concerned about their roots effecting the structure of the house.
