Obstruction on footpath

Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 9383138.

This concrete post is lying on the pavement. It is strengthened by iton rods snd the concrete has disintegrated at the base causing the post to fall. It will require iron cutters to make it save to remove the concrete post.
