Message details: Customer stated that he reported back in January that two bollards located at the front of his driveway—installed by the council near the kerbside to prevent vehicles from blocking access—need to be repaired or replaced, as they are damaged and cars are now parking across his driveway.

Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 180 days (26 weeks), however we are currently operating for completion to be within 90 days. Please be assured that you will receive an update once repairs are concluded.
