Large pot hole deep enough to damage wheels

Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 9294833.

Pot hole has been previously repaired but has now failed, road breaking up causing danger whilst unloading lorries, trip hazard as part crosses, and deep enough to damage vehicle wheels.
