Verge damaged by subcontractors parking over 2 years

Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 9291017.

A small housing development opposite number 38 had their subcontractors park on the verge and turned it into a mess and potholes it needs repairing as it will undermine the wall in the adjacent property and services (high-speed internet) Thank you in advance.
