Concrete crash barrier has very large crack at base and likely to break/fall imminently
Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 9271365.
The concrete post on the right hand side as you enter footpath from Spring Street has a very large crack in it around whole circumference. The top section is liable to break/fall imminently leaving a raised broken base and top section laying on the path. Someone could get hurt when it does break/fall over
