Lots of pieces of plaster laying on the footpath

Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 9271130.

There are lots of pieces of plaster lying on the raised section of footpath on the opposite side of the High Street Irthlingborough to the Ladhar shop's car parking area and 145 High Street creating a hazard and narrowing the width of accessible footpath
