Hedge overgrown

Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 9211490.

The hedge is massively overgrown making the pavement too narrow for pedestrians. Especially wheelchair and pushchair pedestrians. It means they have to go on the muddy area which is dangerous. The hedge needs to be taken right back so it is inside the residential boundary
