Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 9204352.
Footpath obstructed for wheelchair and pushchair users.
Footpath has thick prickly vegetation impeding the public footpath with thick moss.
Can the council kindly cut back the vegetation and clear the moss to allow clear access for all whom wish to use the footpath.
