Huge deep pothole in line with near side wheel
Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 9188428.
It was dark and I was travelling from Stanion roundabout towards Barford Bridge roundabout, having avoided a huge pothole on the left hand lane in line with my drivers wheel, when I felt and heard a loud bang as my near side wheel dropped into an enormous pothole. The vibration,bang and fright to myself and passenger left me shaken and angry, This road has been shut by day for several days, I assumed, to repair the multiple potholes on both carriageways. However there are several still remaining on this carriageway, two of which are unavoidable and extremely dangerous especially in the dark! They urgently need attention, my location is approximate but if you drive along the near side lane towards Barford Bridge from Stanion you will locate them easily.
