Potholes and crumbling roads

I reported this problem in December and the pothole was not fully filled which has led to it growing in size and the 4 metre pothole along the kerb was not addressed at the time of repair. I subsequently reported this again and last week had an update that both were repaired. Neither has been. So here goes again. Approximately 0.6 miles from the Brigstock junction heading towards Stanion are two potholes 1 that has been partially filled towards the centre of the road and slightly before this along the kerbside is a 3 metre pothole. To reiterate both reported in December, the one in the centre of the road poorly filled, both reported reported and I got an update saying both done just last week, but neither has.

I have reported this problem 4 times and been emailed each time to inform me of its completion. I would like to report it as finally completed but although the hole is finally filled, the 3 to 4 metres of crumbling road/ pothole running along the kerbside still hasn’t been attended to after 6 months and 4 times of reporting it!
