New fencing obstruction

Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 9121099.

A new fence has been erected alongside the existing old perimeter line. This has encroaching onto land beside the road. One its land grabbing and also its obstruction of sight from the exit junction of Sanders lodge. Also obstruction to the roadside. It needs to be enforced and taken back to the original line of the fence. It juts out at an angle.
