Wrongly painted white lane

8 years ago I paid £215 for a white lane to be able to access my private parking space. It was painted in the wrong location. I made the council aware few times in the past and I've been told will be moved on the right place without being given a timeframe. 2 weeks ago white lane was re-painted as per my request but again, in the wrong place. I didn't pay £215 to secure a not needed space, also I didn't pay the amount for others use. I kindly ask you to put the white lane in the required place, this is my private off road parking and I need access, please see the photo I attached, it should be where red line is. I appreciate your understanding and looking forward for my issue to be fixed. Thank you
