Large Pothole

I reported this on 20th Feb and recieved an update yesterday saying "no action necessary" and am at a loss to understand why as this is quite a deep pothole and sometimes it cant be avoided when either turning in or turning out of the junction also as I previously mentioned you can also see 2 other holes in the same picture which are on the main carriageway
