Pothole at least 5cm deep creating serious safety hazard

There is a large pothole which has been getting deeper and bigger daily. Previously reported but no repairs made. This is now a serious safety hazard for motorcyclists in particular. Drivers also swerving onto opposite carriageway to avoid it. Could repairs be made before there is a serious injury or worse ?
