The whole road is full of potholes and grooves

The whole road needs resurfacing it's like an endurance test road for vehicle component reliability and the ruts are dangerous to bikers, Id like to ride my motorcycle to work but it's not worth the risk having to use that road to work, it must be causing unnecessary wear and tear and damage to vehicles
