Investigating
Pothole
Reported via desktop in the Pothole / Failed Reinstatement category anonymously at 16:03, Thursday 5 March 2026
Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 9053072.
I am writing to raise a complaint. I had raised an issue since early January and have been following up since then to find out who is responsible for repairing the damage to this road just outside my home (40 Bamburg Close). I received confirmation that it's the council's responsibility. I want to follow up to ensure this is resolved because all that seems to have happened so far is me being passed from team to team without any resolution. First off, my son has fallen over twice due to this pothole, once when he tried to avoid it while riding his bike and again during the snow, not to mention the damage the pothole is causing to my tires each time I have to reverse in and out, and the fact that water collects and stays there for a while.

Hi, This problem has not been fixed. How long is this situation going to drag on for? I'm been trying to get this issue resolved since mid-Janurary.
