Car damaging holes in the road some in excess of 30 inches

Today I walked this road as I do every day and it's come to a point of the road becoming dangerous for road users. I've sent 3 photos and could of sent you 50 and I only walked half of the lane. It's a real issue and it's only a matter of time before a serious event occurs.
