Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 9009353.
As stated on website update 23/06/2023… “Defect found. Work order to Investigate, Clean and Test gully. Should be done within 6mths. Defects done within 13weeks” THIS GULLY PROBLEM HAS NEVER BEEN FIXED.

Investigation: Ongoing - Thank you for your enquiry regarding the drainage issue previously reported at this location.
I understand your concerns regarding the timescales shown on the earlier update. Following a further review, our drainage team have confirmed that they will arrange for an officer to attend site to investigate the issue.
During earlier inspections, foul water was observed at the location. As foul water drainage falls under the responsibility of the water authority, the matter had previously been referred to Anglian Water for their investigation.
Our drainage team will now revisit the site to reassess the situation and determine whether any further action is required from the highway authority or if the issue remains with the water company.
We will provide a further update once the site visit has taken place.
