Covers for phone lines opposite exchange are broken

Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 9007225.

The covers on the path have been broken for a year I reported it and covers were provided but no fix covers have since gone not fixed also we are missing a road sign from several years ago
