Many potholes and failing reinstatement

I have more photos but reached system limit. Both sides of carriageway from B663 to 30mph signs needs examining. Side of carriageway breaking down potholes opening up again, new holes and failures. This is an unlit road, no pavement, dangerous for non motorised traffic as well as potential damage to cars when deep holes are filled with water. This in addition to my other report about 2 potholes.
