Very Deep >4in Pothole - unavoidable during hours darkness or if oncoming traffic.

Reported via mobile in the Potholes / Highway Condition category anonymously at 20:19, Friday 20 February 2026

Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 8965789.

Looking at this Northants Highways Reporting Site it has been reported many times, by The Parish Council and numerous car owners suffering considerable cost damage and huge inconvenience. Despite these, No remedial work or even Cautionary/Warnings to drivers has been made. During hours of darkness or if oncoming traffic this pothole is unavoidable. This is causing massive vehicle tyre/wheel damage, another car was awaiting breakdown just half mile in front of me (details taken). Seeking full costs reimbursement. Dated Photos and What3Words location captured
