Several pot holes at start/end of junction

I am reporting multiple dangerous potholes located at the top of Barrington Road and the top of Newton Road, particularly on the approach to the Liberty Way roundabout, as well as on the roundabout itself.
The road surface in these areas has significantly deteriorated and is now comparable to a minefield. There are numerous potholes across the carriageway, some measuring approximately 3–4 inches deep, possibly more in places. They are unavoidable in normal traffic flow and present a serious risk to vehicles, cyclists, and motorcyclists.
The council carried out repairs only a few weeks ago; however, the recent repairs have already failed. The filled sections have sunk back through, leaving the same holes — in some cases worse than before. This suggests the repairs were temporary at best and have not addressed the underlying issue.
The current condition of the road poses a clear hazard and is likely to result in vehicle damage and potential accidents if not properly resolved. A more permanent repair solution is urgently required rather than further short-term patching.
