Large deviation in asphalt surface right by kerb

There is a large deviation in the asphalt surface which is right by the kerb. This is rapidly becoming worse and the whole edge of the road is now cracking and sinking presenting a significant risk of injury and also likely to result in accelerated further deterioration creating a much larger and more expensive future repair if not repaired soon!
