Big rocks placed in grass verge

Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 8917946.

Large rocks placed along the grass verge on both sides of the road close to the kerb, assume to deter parking. Location is the properties near the junction for Poplars Farm road.

Today a large goods vehicle came round the corner on the wrong side of the road. Too miss it I had to move onto the kerb but narrowly missed hitting a rock which would cause extensive damage,

As per the Highways Act of 1980 these are not permissible as the verges should remain clear.
