Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 8907464.
The tree is continuing to grow ourside number 93/91. The vibrations where the cars and busses go past are significant in the house and it rattles anything upstairs, particularly mirrored wardrobes. The path is also extremely humped and is a trip hazard
