Fixed 1 week ago and reopened

Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 8857366.

This very Deep dangerous pothole has been fixed MULTIPLE times over recent years and continues to reopen. The last fix happened around 2 weeks ago and reopened within days. There was a road team who set up traffic lights at the exact point 5 days ago so I assumed they were fixing it but did not. How is this continued to be allowed that this dangerous pothole is not repaired to an acceptable quality to ensure safety for road users.
