Several deep potholes on the roundabout including Burton Road side. Flooding at the junction of Thrapston Road, Irthlingborough Road and Wellingborough Road

Reported via mobile in the Potholes / Highway Condition category anonymously at 11:35, Friday 6 February 2026

Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 8852295.

The potholes on all sides of the mini roundabout are increasing in number and in size and depth. The flooding at the junction of Thrapston Road, Irthlingborough Road and Wellingborough Road is getting deeper and more extensive. This morning it is almost touching the mini roundabout. The condition of this roundabout and the junctions of the roads leading to it and getting much worse and in my view are dangerous. The road has not been fit for purpose for many, many months. Urgent action is needed.
