Japanese Knotweed Growing on waste land next to The Smithy Flats

Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 8845394.

There is Japanese Knotweed present in the wooded area next to The Smithy Flats, this is outside the boundary of the flats and we believe on council land as it is a small wood areas to the side and rear of The Smithy. Please advise if this is council owned or confirm who the landowner is.
