Sent to North Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 8844423.

Previously repaired potholes by the roundabout have reopened already after several weeks. They need repairing properly. There are many poorly repaired stretches of road along the A6 that now need repairing again. It needs resurfacing, not patching up.
